The publisher of ‘Distribute Power’ (Brave New Books) offered in exchange for payement to send the book to the ‘Nederlandse Bibliotheek Dienst’ (the NBD, a central public library), where it would be perfectly preserved. 16 October 2017 a message was received that the copy was refused by the NBD, reason unknown.
